I am a hopeless romantic and this is the best romantic ending to a movie ever. He got to see what it would be like with her as husband and wife and kids. A gift from Heaven. The Family Man is the movie. . . . more
Kay, why don't we try to be humble and admit that we cannot know for sure these things? I have to agree with his sentimences.
Oh Kim but you can. A close study of Bible prophecies. The deaths of the apostles. Do you remember how they all ran away at the cross? They were scared to death, but after Christ had risen from the grave and he appeared to them all , they all changed like night and day. All of a sudden they were all fearless. Jesus's appeared to his half brother James that had doubts and to all the others for 40 days I think it was.
According to Christian tradition:
* Peter, crucified upside-down in Rome circa 64 A.D. * James, son of Zebedee was beheaded in 44 A.D., first of the twelve to die * John, son of Zebedee, natural causes due to old age, last of the twelve to die, only one of the twelve to die naturally (As mentioned by Christ at the end of his (John) Gospel.) * Andrew, Peter's brother, was crucified upon a diagonal cross. * Philip was crucified in 54 A.D. * Bartholomew (also known as Nathaniel) was flayed alive (skinned) and then beheaded; some sources locate his death at Derbend on the Caspian Sea.[1] * Matthew killed by a halberd in 60 A.D. * Thomas was killed by a spear in Mylapore, Madras, India in AD 72. * James, son of Alphaeus, beaten to death by a club after being crucified and stoned. * Saint Jude was crucified. * Simon the Zealot was crucified in 74 A.D.
* Matthias, Judas' replacement, was stoned and beheaded.
You see Kim, Men will die for what they believe to be true. But Men will not die for what they know to be a lie.
Okay, so you finally got me to try this "ping thing" ha ha! Thanks, Scott, you post some great articles, gives me a chance to blah, blah, blah . . . ; )
